Will Raves post anything without asking me?
No. Every reply waits for your OK. You can choose to let 5-star replies post on their own, and anything 3 stars or lower always waits for you.
Which review sites does it work with?
Raves posts replies straight to Google and your Facebook Page. Yelp doesn't let apps post replies, so for Yelp (or anywhere else) paste the review in and Raves writes the reply and copies it for you.
Will the replies sound like a robot?
Not if you give it a few of your own replies to learn from. You can also pick a tone and edit any reply before it posts.
Can I use it for more than one business?
Yes. Add each location or business and switch between them at the top of the inbox.
