Getting started
- Open Raves and tap Connect Google Business. (Want to look around first? Tap Try it with a sample business.) Sign in with the Google account that manages your Business Profile.
- Pick your business. New reviews show up in your inbox with a reply already written.
- Tap a review, choose a tone, and tap Approve & post.
Common questions
My business isn't showing up. The Google account you signed in with needs to be an owner or manager of the Business Profile. Pull down on the inbox to check again.
How do I connect Facebook? Tap Connect Facebook Page (or Voice → Connected → Facebook Page) and sign in with the account that manages your Page. Facebook may ask you to reconnect from time to time.
How do I reply to Yelp reviews? Yelp doesn't let apps post replies. Tap + in Reviews and paste the review in. Raves writes the reply. Tap Copy reply & open Yelp and paste it there.
The replies don't sound like me. Open Voice and paste a few replies you've written before. The more you add, the better it gets.
Can I stop auto-replies? Yes. Open Voice and turn off Auto-post replies to 5 stars. Reviews with 3 stars or less always wait for you.
How do I disconnect? Open the Voice tab and tap Disconnect Google or Disconnect Facebook.
