Privacy Policy
Raves reads your reviews so it can write replies for you. It only posts a reply when you approve it (or when you turn on auto-reply for 5-star reviews). We never sell your data, and we never use it for ads.
What Raves accesses
- Your reviews. When you connect Google Business Profile or a Facebook Page, Raves reads the reviews on the business or Page you choose, including the reviewer's public name, rating or recommendation, and comment. Reviews you paste in from Yelp or other sites stay on your iPhone.
- Permission to reply. Raves uses that same connection to post the replies you approve. It doesn't change anything else on your profile or page.
- Your voice samples. If you paste past replies to teach Raves how you write, they're saved on your iPhone so drafts sound like you.
How replies are written
Replies are drafted on your iPhone, using Apple Intelligence when your iPhone supports it and built-in templates when it doesn't. Your reviews and voice samples aren't sent to any AI service or to us.
Raves doesn't have its own servers or accounts. Your reviews, drafts and settings are stored only on your iPhone, and your Google and Facebook sign-ins are kept in the iPhone's secure Keychain. Raves talks directly to Google and Facebook to read reviews and post the replies you approve.
What we don't do
- We don't sell or rent your data, or your customers' data, to anyone.
- We don't show ads or track you across other apps and websites.
- We don't post, edit or delete anything without your approval, except auto-replies you've turned on yourself.
Review posts you create
When you turn a review into a post or Story, the image is made on your iPhone. It's shared only when you choose to share or save it.
Keeping and deleting your data
You can disconnect Google or Facebook anytime from the Voice tab in Raves. Tap Start over there to erase your reviews, drafts and voice samples from your iPhone; deleting the app does the same. You can also remove Raves' access at myaccount.google.com/permissions or in Facebook under Settings & privacy → Business integrations.
Children
Raves is made for businesses and isn't directed to children under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the date at the top. Big changes will also be shown in the app.
